Indirect Tax - VAT

KPMG has one of the leading Indirect Tax practices in the UK. Our 22 Partners and approximately 200 professionals provide advice and support in all aspects of Indirect Tax (VAT, Customs Duty, Environmental Taxes) to a broad range of business sectors including large multi-nationals, household name retailers and public sector organisations.

The role is within Internal Partnership Tax Team who are responsible for dealing with all international tax matters, employer reporting and immigration relating to overseas travel. The IBT team provide immigration and visa assistance to Partners and Employees travelling overseas for work purposes and advises inbound business travellers on UK visa requirements. ..

KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for an Associate Director role, with a sector focus on the Consumer, Retail & Leisure industry and with particular experience in Deal Strategy, one of our core propositions. Additional experience across our other propositions - Growth Strategy, Cost and Operational strategy (including Economic Profitability Analysis) and Enterprise-wide Transformation - will also be valuable.

You will take on a variety of projects covering international tax, treasury tax, group restructuring, tax governance, group reporting and domestic tax advisory and compliance.
