We are looking for talented and driven Equity Reward specialists to work in our team and who are excited by the opportunity to be a key part of an exciting growth journey.   Clients will range from working with a diverse range of privately owned business (ranging from owner-managed to private equity), as well as listed businesses.  The successful applicant will want to be involved in business development activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing material on technical and other matters. We are looking for talented Assistant Managers to join us in growing the legal operating model transformation practice within LBS, through managing and developing external client relationships and building out our offerings.

The candidate will gain experience across the lifecycle of a transformation project and in developing a new offering for KPMG, working closely with other KPMG LBS teams globally as well as interaction with other services within KPMG such as CIOA and People in Change.

KDN Tax & Legal’s (solutions (e.g. Indirect Tax Compliance, Global Mobility Services and Legal Managed Services.) operate  like a sub-function department of up to 1000 staff across 5 different geographies. The KDN Global Solution Lead  acts like a “mini-CEO” of the respective KDN Solution.  In that capacity, a KDN Global Solution Lead is accountable for the overall business performance of a solution, including quality, client centricity, technology and process innovation, and its P&L.  The role is part of the T&L COO organization to ensure consistency across solutions, and is then “attached” to a specific solution(s).  

The Solution Performance Operations Senior Manager will partner with the Solution Lead to optimize performance and drive transformation. Your expertise will be key in executing critical business performance strategies.

The Regulatory Finance Director provides senior leadership to the Regulatory Finance team, working closely with other Directors and Partners in P&U to lead our client engagements and lead business development activity.

Power & Utilities (P&U), led by Dr Matt Firla-Cuchra, counts c85 FTEs is the largest business area of the IAG and encompasses work for major clients in the sector, including all UK utilities as well as some of the largest energy and water companies in Europe and beyond.
