The role of the Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead is to support the solution onboarding program centrally across all KDN functions i.e. Audit, Tax and Advisory. It will support KDN leadership, central teams, delivery centers to align on priorities to onboard solutions. The responsibility of the role is to drive requirements gathering phase for solution and working for through Target Operating Model Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy for all new solutions. The focus of the role will be drafting and improvising a repeatable methodology with supporting documentation/assets to drive TOM Blueprint. Additionally, it will be to implement and track KPI's on the performance of the solution onboarding process; identify, validate and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline solution onboarding process.

As the Transformation Communications Manager, you will support the Transformation Communications and Change Lead with planning and execution of Transformation communications. We are looking for a Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) tax team in our London National Markets team. The role will be based in Canary Wharf, London but we have options to consider Birmingham, Reading and other locations in the South.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide variety of clients and lead the team on your clients.
  • Maintain and lead strong relationships with clients

  • Helping to advise clients on GMS issues, helping ensure they function smoothly and effectively.

  • Project management of advisory projects carried out for clients.
  • Review of tax returns.
  • Be involved in all aspects of cross border advisory - covering tax, Social Security, process, policy and efficiencies.
  • Carry out arrival/departure briefings for senior assignees.
  • Get involved in business development/proposals.
  • Managing and coaching of staff.

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

ATT/ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent
