Data & AI Director – Data Management

Our highly specialised Data & AI team works across the data lifecycle to enable end to end management, governance, and usage of data, to create Data & AI solutions that produce tangible business value.

 

Our UK-based Chief Data Officer (CDO) Advisory team collaborates globally with KPMG's business, data, engineering and cloud specialists to design and implement state-of-the-art data solutions, AI systems, and products. We work across diverse industries, including Financial Services, Retail, Public Sector, Healthcare, Energy, and Utilities, enabling data driven decision-making and automation.

Technical Leadership:

 

• Lead and manage teams developing Data Management solutions for enterprise-scale challenges, including:
  • Data Lineage, Quality, and Data Controls
  • Data Products & Cataloguing
  • Metadata Management

We are looking for a Global Mobility Services Tax Senior Manager to join us in Scotland (Glasgow and Edinburgh), the North (Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle), the Midlands (Birmingham) or the South (Reading and Bristol). The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a confident, outward-facing skillset, and who is willing to invest time and energy in the marketplace.

HR M&A was set up as part of the Integration & Separation (I&S) team in Deal Advisory, which has been growing year on year and seen by our clients as a market leader. We have worked on some of the largest and most high-profile client engagements in the deals space, including multi-billion spins, integration of global mega mergers, disposals of non-core assets for large multinationals. We have launched a market differentiating digital engagement platform for M&A as well as a campaign focused on ‘the Human Side of Deals’, and we continue to drive digital innovation.

The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model.
