As a US/UK tax manager, you will be required to manage all aspects of the tax compliance process and the wider client relationship management.  You will be required to lead and assist on advisory projects involving various tax and residency queries whilst developing and maintaining client relationships, under the support of a senior manager and/or director.

Aside from the technical role, you will be involved in the continuing building and development of a new US tax team within a Big 4 firm and expected to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and constructively at a variety of levels with clients, their other professional advisors and your colleagues.

We are looking for managers to join our Energy, Natural Resources (ENR) and Infrastructure team to support the continued growth of our TAS business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing small and medium-sized financial due diligence engagements, as well as leading key aspects of larger transactions and carve-outs across Energy and Infrastructure sectors. We are seeking a Quantexa Tech Lead to join our growing team and play a key role in the delivery of data-driven solutions using the Quantexa platform. The ideal candidate will be Quantexa certified, have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations, and bring strong technical leadership capabilities.

This role will involve direct engagement with client stakeholders, technical teams, and business SMEs to ensure successful solution delivery, with a particular focus on Quantexa architecture, design, and integration.
