At KPMG we have re-imagined careers in Global Compliance & Transformation (GCT). A key focus for KPMG’s GCT team is to help multinational groups and financial services clients manage their global tax compliance, reporting and statutory accounting obligations, through outsourcing, co-sourcing, transformation and technology. 

Our clients leverage KPMG’s compliance and transformation expertise and technology to drive better visibility, greater efficiency and improved risk management across their organisation.  Ultimately we prepare groups for the future of digital compliance helping them develop a sustainable, technology- enabled and holistic future state operating model.  

The successful candidate will be expected to:
•    Developing lasting client relationships and actively building a network and range of experience to help address client needs 
•    Provide compelling and well thought out solutions to problems of moderate complexity Experience of implementing at least one module of the relevant cloud platform with Oracle, so you can bring your learnings to the client about what did (or didn’t!) work •    Leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams 
•    Lead an offshore team to design, configure and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client Developing end to end solutions using the best of good industry practise combined with understanding the optionality available within the product. 
•    Liaise with stakeholders across Powered HR, cross collaborating with other teams across Powered HR, ensuring opportunities are shared and explored to maximise our offering to clients.
•    Be a role model to the wider team by showcasing our values and principles, leading from the front and by example.
•    Assisting with goal development and coaching of staff to enable the growth of the junior management team within our practice.

The role will be working in the UK Digital Healthcare practice within our Technology and Data service line in Advisory, supporting clients across Infrastructure, Government and Health. Our clients are making major investments in digital platforms, data, automation and electronic patient record capabilities, but the value is only realised when technology is adopted, embedded into clinical and operational workflows, and connected to measurable outcomes. This Director role is designed for a leader who can originate, sell and deliver large national and local mandates where technology deployment, adoption, change and benefits realisation are treated as one integrated transformation challenge
