KPMG’s Deal Execution practice is looking for exceptional candidates for an Associate Director role, with a technology, digital, AI and M&A specialisation.

• KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager  - with substantial  post qualified experience in the real estate sector ideally working for clients with repeat activity. 
• The KPMG Law UK real estate team started in December 2023 and is now 11 strong including 5 Partners with further growth plans during 2026 already acting on repeat investment, development and asset management mandates for private equity funds, sovereign wealth and listed property company clients.
• The successful candidates will have experience within corporate and/or transactional Real Estate and may or may not have a portable practice that they will bring with them to KPMG.
• The primary focus of the hires will be meaningful deal experience in this space (KPMG is not looking for real estate tax lawyers as part of these hires).
• Ideally the candidates will be known in the market with good contacts in the target client base.

The Cyber Response & Recovery Manager role will be working in the Cyber Response Services (CRS) Team within our Cyber Advisory practice, reporting directly into the head of cyber response. Tax Technology & Innovation are a team of 300+ technologists providing technology enablement services and solutions across the Tax and Law business. This business has 2500+ tax & legal professionals covering multiple disciplines. 

The team is made up of Technology Consultants, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Data Architects & Engineers, Multi-disciplinary Engineering teams and IT Service delivery professionals working on a large portfolio of systems used to improve productivity and solve key business problems across Tax & Legal.

The Cyber Response & Recovery Senior Manager role will be working in the Cyber Response Services (CRS) Team within our Risk Consulting practice, reporting directly into the head of cyber response. Our clients face a challenging cyber threat and look to us to help them understand and respond to that threat.

This is a hands-on and operational management role with opportunities to grow into service line leadership. The successful candidate is expected to manage a broad range of cyber-security incidents as well as perform digital forensics (disk, volatile memory, network packets, logfiles) and help advance KPMG’s incident response processes and methodologies.

In this role we are looking for a person who can demonstrate strong technical background, significant experience in incident response and digital forensics and is looking to grow into an incident response leadership role as part of a growing team. You will be expected to lead a number of incident response case managers and practitioners, as well as have the opportunity to work with, and learn from, the service leadership as part of your continuous development.
