Job Title: Senior Manager - Legal Operations & Transformation Services

The role is for a senior manager and will be supporting client delivery as well as the development and growth of our Legal Operations and Transformation Services (LOTS) practice. 

 

Description of the role:        

 

-Highly experienced consultant with detailed knowledge of legal operating models
-An understanding and experience working with legal technology vendors
-Ability to lead large scale, complex global transformations
-Lead the end-to-end proposal response mechanism from RFIs and RFPs to the preparation and presentation of final decks
-Support with the strategic direction and focus of the LOTS practice
-Provide subject matter expertise and industry insights to our clients undergoing legal transformation
-Identifying client needs and proposing solutions to them
-Maintaining a consistently high and leading edge market profileSupport and oversee the development of go-to-market strategies, collateral, methodologies and alliance partner relationships

 

The role will report directly into the head of Legal Operations and Transformation Services. The primary objective will be in delivering complex projects to our multinational clients and to support during the sales process. 


As the team and business grows, the candidate will be expected to have a leadership role and take on responsibilities to support the development of people and culture within the team, ensuring continuous development and support for their direct reports.


The candidate will also be expected to take on responsibilities related to business development, marketing and communications, headcount, resource and revenue planning and forecasting to feed in to the wider LOTS business.

Candidates will be expected to have a strong track record at engaging with stakeholders across all seniorities across multiple sectors and industries. Experience and success in persuasively engaging the C Suite of clients is essential. Candidates will need to manage both internal and external stakeholders self-sufficiently as part of on-going engagements and through business and strategic development.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our London team, focusing primarily on the real estate, infrastructure, banking, and insurance sectors, who has a background in capital allowances, tax or accounting.


Role and Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be:

  • A client facing individual who will work collaboratively with engagement teams both locally and nationally to prepare capital allowances claims, elections and allowances statements.
  • Actively involved in delivering ad-hoc advisory work such as entitlement reviews, transaction input (such as tax due diligence, structuring and modelling) and significant one-off consultancy projects.
