In the Finance Transformation team, we improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function and generate real insights to help deliver value to the business. Our Financial Transformation practice is a priority area for significant and strategic growth. We work with leading public sector clients, focusing on understanding the core issues and opportunities to deliver value-adding change across their finance functions. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Manager to join our market leading Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare Finance Transformation team. You will play an important part in delivering our growth strategy and will manage project teams to deliver quality client engagements.

Applicants should have prior experience in the public or private sector, as well as in-depth knowledge of finance processes and technology

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Developing end to end Oracle solutions using the best of good industry practise combined with understanding the optionality available within the product.
• Lead the end to end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.
• Leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams
• Lead an offshore team to design, configure and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client
• Develop lasting client relationships and actively building a network and range of experience to help address client needs
• Be a role model to the wider team by showcasing our values and principles, leading from the front and by example.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you will work on and lead projects by working closely alongside senior members of the team, who will provide guidance and insight into the deal environment, enabling you to build your deals knowledge and further develop your people, OD, strategy and HR skills. You will also leverage your change and consulting skillset to deliver top-tier transformational change for clients outside of a deal context.
