The Role:

The Pre-sales Solution Architect is responsible for working closely with the UK sales and solutions teams to support pre-sales bids and deliver solution architecture engagements. This person must be comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from developers to C-suite executives. The role requires presenting complex solutions to diverse audiences, articulating business benefits, and driving growth for the MBS practice.

Our Corporate Tax Compliance business is made up of a dedicated and enthusiastic team of Corporate Tax Compliance specialists working with our cutting-edge technology platform and our advisory teams to provide a first-class service to our diverse client base which includes global and large domestic compliance clients with complex and interesting tax profiles. We have a fantastic opportunity for Senior Managers to join our Transactions Assurance team and work with companies on the audit and assurance requirements of both UK and US initial public offerings, and with a wide variety of project based assurance and accounting topics, including carve out transactions, acquisitions and opening balance sheet audits and complex private equity transactions.

Our Transaction Services practice comprises approximately 500 people across the UK, organised to align to KPMG’s market orientated structure, and is at the heart of the Firm's agenda to increase its penetration of boardrooms and work with clients across the economic and transaction cycle.  Our team works closely with colleagues across Deal Advisory as well as Tax, Audit and other Advisory teams; it is a multi-disciplinary and international environment that sits right at the heart of our One Firm agenda. We are recruiting Associate Directors in our Private Equity, Financial Services, Corporates and Capital Markets teams across the UK to support the growth of our TS business.
