We are currently looking for a Senior Manager who can make significant contributions to the FS Operations team with a specific focus on Capital Markets, through sector expertise, client engagement, identification and delivery of new business opportunities. We are looking for seasoned GBS practitioners to join us and help grow our GBS advisory practice in the UK, to shape and articulate the GBS/SSC strategy and value proposition to C-level and VP level clients.

You'll design and develop GBS/SSC shared services operating models for our clients across various corporate functions such as finance, HR, IT, supply chain/logistics, procurement etc including governance and service management capabilities, along with the service catalogues and service level agreements, and apply leading practice end to end process expertise in one or more core finance, HR, IT, supply chain/logistics, procurement or other corporate functions in order to design and implement new re-engineered processes in a Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing operating model  

KPMG’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional Manager candidates with Energy Transition and/or Oil & Gas experience in a Deal, Strategy and/or Ops and Transformation.

We work with a variety of high net worth individuals – from stakeholders in privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses, executives of multi-national firms, landed estates and senior members of private equity firms; who may be tax resident and/or domiciled in a range of jurisdictions. We also specialise in providing advice to Trusts and Estates, and Partnerships.

The Role

The KPMG Private Client tax team is a fast-growing and integral part of the wider KPMG tax practice. In order to support further growth we are looking to appoint a Senior Manager.

You would be expected to lead the delivery of a quality output to our clients and participate in winning new clients by bringing new offerings to the market. Your client base would include a portfolio of high net worth clients, entrepreneurs, shareholders and international individuals.
