As a ServiceNow Solution Architect you will be responsible for leading delivery of ServiceNow based solutions across client projects. You must analyse new business requirements and their correct technical implementation solutions using industry best practices. You will work closely with client engagement leads, ServiceNow architects, connected service teams, project managers, business analysts, developers and testers to guide the design through to implementation and beyond whilst ensuring KPMG risk and quality standards are adhered to.

The Role:

The Pre-sales Solution Architect is responsible for working closely with the UK sales and solutions teams to support pre-sales bids and deliver solution architecture engagements. This person must be comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from developers to C-suite executives. The role requires presenting complex solutions to diverse audiences, articulating business benefits, and driving growth for the MBS practice.

We work as a national practice providing advice and support in all aspects of Indirect Tax (VAT, Customs Duty, Green taxes) to a broad range of business sectors including large multi-nationals, household name retailers, public sector organisations and Financial Services.  The Indirect Tax practice is a fast-growing and dynamic business, currently with approximately 200 professional staff located across the UK.  We work to support our portfolio of clients with a variety of Indirect tax issues.
