Join KPMG ServiceNow Practice as a Business Development Manager and help drive the growth of a rapidly expanding ServiceNow consulting business across the UK and Switzerland. This role combines business development, solution sales, relationship management and strategic advisory expertise to build pipeline, win opportunities and support successful client outcomes. Working closely with KPMG partners, delivery teams and ServiceNow stakeholders, you will shape integrated solutions that address complex business and technology challenges. It is an exciting opportunity to influence market growth, work with senior stakeholders and contribute to innovative transformation programmes within a leading professional services firm. 

As a US/UK tax manager, you will be required to manage all aspects of the tax compliance process and the wider client relationship management.  You will be required to lead and assist on advisory projects involving various tax and residency queries whilst developing and maintaining client relationships, under the support of a senior manager and/or director.

Aside from the technical role, you will be involved in the continuing building and development of a new US tax team within a Big 4 firm and expected to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and constructively at a variety of levels with clients, their other professional advisors and your colleagues.

The Role

• Acting as the day-to-day contact on audit and tax reporting engagements, liaising with audit teams, the client and AARTS team nationally.  Working with the AARTS leadership team to grow the business.
• Reviewing, testing and documenting technical tax disclosures prepared by clients and their independent advisers
• Delegating delivery of work to junior colleagues whilst maintaining control of quality and timetables.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships across a portfolio of clients;
• Developing and maintaining internal relationships with the audit teams, and other departments;
• Mentoring and developing of junior members of staff;
• Keep up to date and share technical insights with rest of AARTS team.
