As an Oracle Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Oracle projects, ensuring successful safe execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will lead multi-disciplined teams to drive delivery excellence, leveraging Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development, commercial proposition creation, and financial & commercial oversight.

These situations require multi-capability teams to deliver a full client solution, where bringing the best of KPMG to clients is key to winning work. 

Your role will be to driving one major TMT business, alongside a number of other accounts in the sector to accelerate growth through creating and building relationships, originating and qualifying opportunities, driving proposals and bids – whether sole source, competitive or formal RFPs, to win profitable revenue from all non-audit service lines across KPMG, and to ensure delivery of those revenues

The Enterprise Solutions teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP based transformation programmes based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. KPMG are growing their Enterprise Solutions team to meet an ever-increasing demand for our market leading services and are seeking IT management consultants with relevant expertise and experience.

The role is based in Leeds, offering flexible working with 3 days per week in our engineering designed office space.
