You’ll be joining our team that support the NHS and other public sector organisations in optimising value in the healthcare service through finding productivity and efficiency opportunities at an entity and system level.

You will sit in our Customer, Operations and Infrastructure team, with a focus on the healthcare sector and more broadly in government. This team provides in-depth advice on the strategic, financial, regulatory, operational, customer and commercial issues driving investments and operational decision making – through from initial strategic advice to financing, optimising cost structures and developing business cases and delivery plans to get change approved within government.

Given our position as a leading advisor to the NHS and other healthcare and government bodies, we are frequently approached to support the most complex and high-profile programmes. Joining our team will expose you to work on a range of high-profile assignments helping providers, commissioners and regulators address their most challenging issues. The Company Secretarial and Global Entity Management Team sits within KPMG Law. Its establishment flows naturally from KPMG’s long history of successfully delivering multidisciplinary services to clients. Its vision is to be the corporate secretarial adviser of choice for KPMG’s clients in relation to compliance and governance matters.

Over the next few years, this team will grow, and KPMG Law as a whole will expand into other areas of law that fit within its vision and the needs of KPMG’s clients.
