We provide in-depth advice and support on strategic, financial, regulatory, and commercial issues across Power & Utilities, Transport, Telecoms & Digital, Social and other infrastructure in the UK, Europe and beyond. We work closely with other teams across KPMG to provide holistic offering to our clients.

The Powered Connected Technology team is a community of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP based transformation programmes based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. The team use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa, SAP) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. The Strategy group’s teams work with C-level Executives to identify, structure and solve their most critical strategic issues across the economic and transaction cycles. As part of a fast-paced and dynamic group, our consultants offer strategic advice on financial, business and operating models to corporate, public sector and private equity clients.

Within the Strategy group team we have an established pricing strategy practice, serving number of sectors including retail, consumer goods, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, transport and industrial manufacturing sectors serving UK, European and international clients. We work with C-level executives to identify, structure and solve their most critical strategic issues related to deal strategy, and growth strategy.
