Corporate Tax Manager

Overview

This exciting role is within our South Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team based in our Reading office.

Our clients include UK headquartered businesses and inbound groups across a range of sectors. 

Our work in the tax advisory space includes supporting clients with business and fiscal change. This can include advising on new jurisdiction entry, the development of new business areas, business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility and the impact global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2).

We work as a hybrid team where we get together in the office or at client sites at least twice a week to collaborate and learn together, with flexibility over how you spend the rest of your time. 

Join KPMG UK’s Compensation team and help shape how we reward around 17,000 colleagues across the firm. Reporting to the Compensation Director, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders across the business and HR to deliver the UK compensation strategy, annual pay and bonus cycles, and transformation initiatives. You’ll bring strong analytics and market insight to shape the compensation agenda, influence decisions and challenge constructively delivering fair, competitive and commercially sustainable pay outcomes that support performance, profitability and efficiency. As a result of growth in our business, we have a number of roles across our Financial Services Product & Operational Taxes 
team, which has a diverse client base spanning the FS sector - providing services to banks, custodians, brokers, asset managers, alternative investors, wealth and hedge asset managers and global institutional investors such as pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.
