Working as part of the Finance and People Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering business-focussed and best practice HR support. Your role will include managing a variety of HR queries and being the first line of contact by phone and email. You will provide initial guidance, advice and support to the employees. Your proactive approach will support all activities in the Employee Lifecycle.

You’ll be joining our team that support the NHS and other public sector organisations in optimising value in the healthcare service through finding productivity and efficiency opportunities at an entity and system level.

You will sit in our Customer, Operations and Infrastructure team, with a focus on the healthcare sector and more broadly in government. This team provides in-depth advice on the strategic, financial, regulatory, operational, customer and commercial issues driving investments and operational decision making – through from initial strategic advice to financing, optimising cost structures and developing business cases and delivery plans to get change approved within government.

Given our position as a leading advisor to the NHS and other healthcare and government bodies, we are frequently approached to support the most complex and high-profile programmes. Joining our team will expose you to work on a range of high-profile assignments helping providers, commissioners and regulators address their most challenging issues.
