What will you be doing?

• We require the individual to deliver technical client projects around risk and regulatory issues for our banking clients.

• Support internal product development of material relating to risk and regulatory topics, in particular on wholesale conduct risk and / or Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR).

A key focus for KPMG’s GCT team is to help multinational groups and financial services clients manage their global tax compliance, reporting and statutory accounting obligations, through outsourcing, co-sourcing, transformation and technology. The Tax Technical team is a critical enabler to all tax activities within GCT and provides expertise into KPMG’s complex tax audits.  Audit quality is of paramount importance and to do this efficiently, we maintain a dedicated and enthusiastic team of tax specialists.  We are also the engine room of the tax reporting, compliance, governance and low-level advisory work undertaken by the wider GCT team – servicing large domestic compliance clients as well as our Global Compliance clients.

HR M&A was set up as part of the Integration & Separation (I&S) team in Deal Advisory, which has been growing year on year and seen by our clients as a market leader. We have worked on some of the largest and most high-profile client engagements in the deals space, including multi-billion spins, integration of global mega mergers, disposals of non-core assets for large multinationals. Cloud Monitoring and Compliance engineer provides visibility into the security and compliance across the entire cloud native technology stack within KPMG. Ensuring configuration and compliance guardrails are being adhered to and that the data and systems deployed within the cloud environments are safe and secure. The position will require in-depth working knowledge of securing cloud environments following industry standards and best practices. Responsibility includes installation, management, maintenance and support of GSOC tools hosted on Windows platform in DataCentre, Azure and O365. Working for GSOC alongside a team of highly motivated and experienced network/security engineers, cyber security analysts and security architects, the successful candidate will be required to support cloud monitoring and compliance over KPMG multi[1]cloud environments. 

The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of a Supply Chain workstream on a large SAP S/4HANA project
• Use Business skills along with knowledge of SAP Supply Chain workstream to design and implement complex solutions for customers and between other workstreams
• Understand client supply chain requirements and integration points with other functional areas, to optimise the processes and maximise the benefits of SAP
• Design and implement process improvements by going through the project cycle (design, build, test, training, go-live, post go-live support)
• Advise on technical integration of the SAP application with other customer and 3rd party tools/applications within Supply Chain
• Lead and Support business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support/presenting with our SAP clients
• Monitor SAP and Industry trends including awareness of SAP Roadmap and enhancements

The Person

SAP Supply Chain functional expertise in at least one of the following solution areas:

• • SAP Integrated Business Planning
  • SAP PP/DS
  • SAP Digital manufacturing cloud (DMC)
  • SAP ME/PEO
  • SAP extended Warehouse Management
  • SAP Enterprise Asset Management/PM/MRO
  • SAP Order Management & Fulfilment/AATP/Logistics Execution
  • SAP Product Lifecycle Management
  • SAP Transport Management
• Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain process area and how they integrate with other business functions
• Advise on technical integrations of SAP applications with other client and 3rd party tools/applications in the Supply Chain process area
• SAP system design, build and deployment experience – 4 full lifecycle implementations preferred
• Experience of SAP in Manufacturing industries, Consumer Packaging Goods, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, or Retail
•  Experience of facilitating a design workshop and then translating the requirements into design
• Ability to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and quality of delivery
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large volume of information
• Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with varying team members 
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work well within ambiguity

• Support business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support with our SAP clients (comfortable in presenting to C-Suite Stakeholders)
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and supporting multiple activities such as mentoring and capability knowledge transfer to enhance the practice.
• Possess working knowledge of digital trends in Supply Chain (e.g., ESG, Industry 4.0, SCM Digital Solutions that integrate with SAP)
• Team Lead Experience (on/offshore)
