We are seeking a Quantexa Tech Lead to join our growing team and play a key role in the delivery of data-driven solutions using the Quantexa platform. The ideal candidate will be Quantexa certified, have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations, and bring strong technical leadership capabilities.

This role will involve direct engagement with client stakeholders, technical teams, and business SMEs to ensure successful solution delivery, with a particular focus on Quantexa architecture, design, and integration.

We work as a national practice providing advice and support in all aspects of Indirect Tax (VAT, Customs Duty, Green taxes) to a broad range of business sectors including large multi-nationals, household name retailers, public sector organisations and Financial Services.  The Indirect Tax practice is a fast-growing and dynamic business, currently with approximately 200 professional staff located across the UK.  We work to support our portfolio of clients with a variety of Indirect tax issues.

You will be an Identity Access Management (IAM) Senior Manager focusing on IAM controls within the Cyber Security team, helping to ensure we are able to deliver high quality work to clients in the IAM domain. You should expect to be involved in a wide range of challenging engagements, from IAM strategy roll-out and IAM controls reviews to large scale IAM transformations.

The Role

DAT provides market leading advice to corporates and financial institutions on a broad range of transactions. 

Embedded within DAT is our Private Equity & Credit team. The PE&C team works with large and mid-cap private equity and credit intuitions, advising them throughout the deal spectrum including buy-side due diligence and structuring, sell-side vendor assist, due diligence and structuring, refinancing, restructuring and listing support.

The PE&C team has advised on some of the largest deals in the market, helping clients understand and quantify historical tax issues, structure transactions, model tax outcomes and reflect advice in the legal documents underpinning each transaction, all with a continuous focus on maximising value throughout the investment cycle. Working collaboratively across the KPMG network, our work often involves advice across multiple countries, taxes, and work streams.
