KPMG’s Tax Technology & Innovation team comprises 160+ technologists providing technology enablement services and solutions across the tax & legal business.
The team is made up of product owners, business analysts, multi-disciplinary engineering teams and it service delivery professionals working on a large portfolio of systems used to improve productivity and solve key business problems across tax & legal.  
A key focus is working with KPMG’s Global Compliance & Transformation (‘GCT’) team is to grow our managed service business, helping multinational groups manage and transform their global tax and accounting compliance and reporting requirement across multiple operating regions. 
Leveraging award-winning technology, we enable our clients to utilise KPMG’s compliance and transformation expertise to drive better visibility, greater efficiency and improved risk management across their organisation and responsibilities. The role will be working in the UK Digital Healthcare practice within our Technology and Data service line in Advisory, supporting clients across Infrastructure, Government and Health. Our clients are making major investments in digital platforms, data, automation and electronic patient record capabilities, but the value is only realised when technology is adopted, embedded into clinical and operational workflows, and connected to measurable outcomes. Help Audit teams deliver high-quality work by coordinating the right people across a fixed and complex portfolio of engagements. In this permanent Associate role, based in Leeds, Birmingham or Glasgow, you will support forward planning, talent allocation, booking accuracy and the resolution of resourcing gaps across the relevant performance group. Your work will contribute to audit quality, operational performance and a fair people experience by helping engagements secure suitable resources and by supporting quality management controls. This opportunity will suit someone with professional services resourcing, operations or workforce planning experience who enjoys detailed coordination, collaborative problem-solving and working in a changing environment.
