The role of the Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead is to support the solution onboarding program centrally across all KDN functions i.e. Audit, Tax and Advisory. The responsibility of the role is to drive requirements gathering phase for solution and working for through Target Operating Model Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy for all new solutions. The Role:
The Copilot Technical Architect plays a critical role in the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Copilot solutions across industries. The Technical Architect works closely with the Copilot Data Lead, Solution Consultants, and Business Development Managers to ensure client success and internal enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of proof-of-concepts (PoCs), demos, and solution assets that align with business requirements and technical feasibility.

• Support presales activities including client workshops, bid responses (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define reusable solution components and accelerators.
• Stay aligned with the Microsoft roadmap for Copilot, AI Studio, Fabric, and Power Platform technologies.
• Guide junior consultants and technical leads, providing mentoring and review support.
• Contribute to internal capability building by sharing knowledge and leading enablement sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a technical architect, pre-sales, or advanced consulting role.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure services.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and present complex Microsoft-based solutions to both technical and business audiences.
• Proven success in at least one major industry (e.g., Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, or Professional Services).
• Experience with licensing and integration strategy around Copilot and supporting Microsoft technologies.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Microsoft AI Studio, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of a Supply Chain workstream on a large SAP S/4HANA project
• Use Business skills along with knowledge of SAP Supply Chain workstream to design and implement complex solutions for customers and between other workstreams
• Understand client supply chain requirements and integration points with other functional areas, to optimise the processes and maximise the benefits of SAP
• Design and implement process improvements by going through the project cycle (design, build, test, training, go-live, post go-live support)
• Advise on technical integration of the SAP application with other customer and 3rd party tools/applications within Supply Chain
