We are looking for an experienced and high performing professional who will play a critical role in expanding and leading our Global Mobility Service (GMS) Transitions COE Team. Centralized Transition services is a key priority for GMS to meet the ambitious growth plans and this professional will play a key role in ensuring our future success as a global practice.
This role plays a crucial role to support KPMG Country Member Firms as they bring new clients into KPMG. The Global Centralized Transitions Lead is going to be responsible for leading the teams to ensure a seamless onboarding of clients and their employees into KPMG process and technology systems. They will be responsible for evolving the overall playbook for Centralized Transitions to include further GMS service lines as well as focusing on streamlining and automating the exisiting activities.
The Centralized Transitions Lead will be expected to build and utilize their network to drive business development with KPMG member firms including supporting proposals and presentations to potential clients.
How you will make your mark
• Working with delivery center team leaders to motivate a team of Project Management and Global Mobility specialists across multiple locations
• Build and leverage your network of GMS leaders across KPMG member firms to support business development and ultimately drive Centralized Transitions activity
• Confidently manage communication with multiple stakeholders in various countries • Using a lean mindset, lead projects on the design of new services and review of existing activities with a focus on identifying and delivering process improvements and simplifications
• Manage the delivery of transition services for high profile clients on behalf of KPMG member firms, including liaison with various KPMG member firms, clients and third party providers
