The Team

In the Finance Transformation (FT) team, we improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Finance Functions and generate real insights to help deliver value to our clients. The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise though a standardised delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise. KPMG are growing their S&D - Powered Apps team to meet an ever increasing demand for our market leading services and are seeking IT management consultants with relevant expertise and experience.

Reporting to the Head of Enablement the Learning Enablement Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our learning operations. Enhancing the learner experience by identifying, managing, and resolving historical L&D processes and administrative tasks, which in agreement with stakeholders will stop/start or continue.

You will manage and oversee process improvement, focusing on cost efficiency, leading customer service, reducing duplication and data driven insights. Where possible working to see where processes can be automated. Demonstrable experience of managing projects to time, cost and quality whilst managing and mitigating risks/issues.

We are looking to recruit a US Private Client Tax Director to be based in our London office. The role will involve working closely in a strong team on a range of clients and exciting projects, collaborating with different teams and locations across the firm, as well as helping build a new US tax practice in a Big 4 firm.
