The role involves using various systems such as SAP, Coupa P2P, and SAP Concur. You will be required to establish, maintain and influence contacts at all levels within the business as well as liaise with them over a wide range of issues, providing guidance and support to circa 16,000 Partners and staff as well as an independent offshore Accounts Payable processing team. The job holder is required to support the overall Finance team by conducting themselves in a professional manner, remaining highly proactive at all times with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities without a detrimental impact upon the team. The role would ideally suit someone who has confidence in their own ability, has strong analytical skills and enjoys problem solving. Over time the role may include rotation across all areas of Finance Operations. We are looking to recruit a US Private Client Tax Manager to be based in our London office. What will you be doing?

Aside from the technical role, you will be involved in the continuing building and development of a new US tax team within a Big 4 firm and expected to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and constructively at a variety of levels with clients, their other professional advisors and your colleagues.

  • Managing the complete compliance process whilst ensuring work meets expected standards, including minimising risk and ensuring an excellent level of client service is maintained throughout.
