We focus on providing clarity to Boards, Executives and SRO’s at major public and private sector organisations, on the delivery of their projects and programmes. We work on some of the UK’s most strategically important programmes, and across all infrastructure sectors including natural resources, energy, power and utilities, transport, corporates, oil and gas, defence, health, housing and education.

Our team comprises specialists with deep construction industry experience, from working for project owners, contractors, engineering consultants and others in the UK and overseas.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day highquality delivery of audit engagements from planning through to completion.  Alongside audit delivery work, you will also supervise junior team members, 
and provide coaching and development to help them reach their full potential. This will include planning and reviewing their work to ensure the 
work quality is to a high standard. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of stakeholder relationships at audited entities and can expect to work with senior level staff.

Audit Senior Manager

In the role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering our  most complex audit engagements to a high standard of quality, from planning through to completion. 

You will have your own portfolio of large and/or complex audited entities, with responsibility for agreeing audit timetables, briefing the audit team (including specialists), monitoring budgets, and supervising the KPMG audit process. You will manage and nurture stakeholder relationships at audited entities throughout the engagement, working with senior level staff.

 

You are also likely to have a departmental role, facilitating the internal operations of running the business, for example, roles relating to finance, technology, quality, people etc. 

As an Audit Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams and supervising the work of junior staff, providing coaching and development to assist them in the effective delivery of engagements. You will also have performance management responsibilities for a small number of employees.

The role of the Business Process Architect is to significantly contribute towards efforts to improve, and create alignment between, the business and technology functions within KPMG to ensure that the Firm can execute its strategy and achieve its primary goals. The Business Process Architect must therefore have a good understanding of both business and technology strategy and concepts; requirements and designs; their mutual dependencies and impacts on one another; and an understanding of technology transformation and project management disciplines to create practical and feasible plans that deliver on the Firm’s primary goals. The Business Architecture team works closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to develop an integrated view of the enterprise, defining and using coherent frameworks, and repeatable methods and techniques. The build out of an integrated view of the KPMG UK Enterprise is key to accelerating and de-risking internal change and transformations.
