The Credit Management department is part of OEH Finance. You will be joining a team that provides vital credit control support to the Business, working with a wide portfolio of blue-chip companies, providing high level credit control administration and support, delivering excellent customer service on a variety of tasks and activities and enabling customers to focus on their core business objectives contributing to KPMG’s goal of driving growth through operational excellence.

We are looking for a Director to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) leadership team, in London. GMS is a fundamental part of the People Services group and is currently enjoying accelerated growth and numerous exciting opportunities.

• Working with a range of businesses to lead projects related to employee issues across pay, benefits and expenses such as Off Payroll Working, voluntary disclosures, year end compliance, end to end payroll process reviews, payroll change projects, National Minimum Wage and Gender Pay Gap reporting. 
• In addition, tasks will include managing the delivery of ad-hoc employment tax advice relating to areas such as employment status reviews, termination payments, salary sacrifice and due diligences.

Role and Responsibilities

• Leading UK inbound engagements including advisory and compliance related services. 
• Overseeing service delivery including drafting and signing off advice, adhering to SLAs and KPIs, reviewing casework on an as needed basis.
• Advising on complex cross-border immigration issues. 
• Supporting the team with complex issues including escalations, delivering solutions and viable options. 
• Identifying opportunities including use of technology to solve clients’ problems and improve client service delivery, co-managing the rollout of new technology to clients.
• Participating in client proposals and presentations, identifying and maximising new opportunities across various business sectors in the UK and overseas. 
• General practice management: monitoring team members’ performance, identifying the team’s training, development and staffing requirements, ensuring the team receives sufficient support and coaching.</
