Why a KPMG Law Apprenticeship?
At times of disruption, we support our clients to adapt to rapidly changing business landscapes. Side-by-side, we work with them to navigate uncertainty, because wherever there are challenges, we see possibilities.

The onus is on you to take ownership of your studies to help shape your learning. The programme uses a specialist tuition provider which has innovative technology meaning the programme can be delivered via a blend of Online Classroom Live and recorded courses plus in-centre classroom courses where appropriate. This blended approach enables you to study and learn the content at a pace suited to your learning style but ensures all are at the right technical level prior to stepping into any exam.
The training, development and regulation of our professionals is critical to the future success of our business which is why our people are trained to become experts in their field and supported to study for a professional qualification through an apprenticeship. All our new legal apprentice entrants study towards the Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship . This will include studying towards the Solicitors Qualifying Exam 1 and 2 (SQE) with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) alongside gaining competence, through both work experience and studies, in the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours required under the Level 7 Apprenticeship standard.
Throughout the 72 month training contract you will gain a broad experience, working across our main business solutions. This will provide you with the skills and knowledge to enable you to specialise in one of these areas upon qualifying as a solicitor. Our apprenticeship programme offers a permanent contract, which progresses upon successful qualification.
KPMG is dedicated to helping ensure you have the best chance of passing your exams, and therefore have a Professional Qualification Training and Accreditation team who support KPMG apprentices, online portal content and live and recorded additional study sessions - which means there is a form of support for your every need.
