Our Transaction Services group is focused on continually enhancing value for clients across the deal and economic cycle. Our teams comprise of specialists capable of helping clients right through from initial thinking around buying a business to turning their business around in times of difficulty.
Within Transaction Services, you’ll find:
Portfolio Solutions Group, advise financial institutions and investors in developing and implementing strategies for managing their asset portfolios. The team combines transactional M&A experience with strategic advice to help clients make better decisions and improve value.
Integration & Separation Advisory, are focused on helping our clients to create real, lasting value. Every day they tackle key issues, eliminate unexpected surprises and identify opportunities to minimise risks and maximise value for our clients.
As part of a growing, dynamic and energetic team, you will work directly with our clients and with our global teams to answer key questions throughout each stage of the deal process. You will be exposed to both the buy and sell side of the work, and build key skills in one of:
- Integration & Separation Advisory - supporting clients to design, plan and deliver value throughout the deal lifecycle through synergies and integration or separation
- Technology in M&A - supporting clients to understand the value of technology within a business and how the impact of that technology can be maximised through the transaction process
- Operational Due Diligence and Value Creation services – ensuring clients protect and achieve deal value through identification of opportunities to improve their operations.
