Advancements in technology are rapidly changing the way companies do business globally and how employers are interacting with their employees. We’re seeing significant changes in how businesses assign their people in their organisation, and how and where individuals carry out their work.

In this rapidly changing environment, we help organisations manage their global workforce and use technology to provide tax and advisory services to companies and individuals. Our mobile and web applications enable companies to manage and stay in touch with their employees around the world and stay tax compliant.

Our 3-year Global Mobility Services (GMS) Technology Graduate programme is the embodiment of our ‘learn for a lifetime’ philosophy providing you with an opportunity to develop both tax advisory and technology consulting skills. You’ll study for the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) qualification, through a blend of innovative online and in-person study.

During the programme you’ll work with a broad range of clients gaining insight into the way that companies do business globally. You’ll be involved in gathering client requirements and translating these into working solutions, including developing and implementing the latest technology.

Along the way, you will collaborate with developers and client customers in Tax, HR and Global Mobility. Working as part of a team with diverse skills and experiences, you’ll have the chance to build relationships with colleagues who take care of each other and give you the support you need to be at your best.

Our firm’s hybrid working model balances the flexibility of working from home with the importance of collaborating and learning in offices or at client sites. We trust our people to be where our clients need them to be, with our client-facing colleagues working together in person as often as needed. You’ll be empowered by the technology that supports us to work flexibly and our collaborative offices spaces, building friendships and shared experiences, innovating and learning together.

Bring your unique perspective to our Global Mobility Services (GMS) Technology Graduate programme, and uncover a world of opportunity as you build your career.
