Technology underpins many of the most influential organisations in the world. Technology brings opportunities which are matched only by its potential threats. It connects billions of people with each other every day and enables business decisions for all companies. Our Cloud Transformation Graduate Programme is designed to offer you exposure and support you, to start a successful career in technology. You will develop hands on technical skills and help deliver successful software projects in the public Cloud that make a difference.

We operate at genuine scale, working closely with the big three public Cloud providers to deliver cutting edge solutions to clients on a global stage. As a result, you will get to work on interesting and complex challenges that provide you with daily learning opportunities.

You’ll follow a structured programme working on a range of projects with different clients and technologies. Highly diverse, this work will span the delivery lifecycle, from initially shaping a project through its design to technical delivery. Naturally, we’ll provide plenty of support and a blend of development opportunities to help you achieve your potential – including client work and the chance to gain technical qualifications.

People who excel within the Cloud Transformation Graduate Programme are passionate about continually adapting their skills and knowledge to find solutions that meet clients' needs and have a team-first mindset. We also ask for a keen interest in technology, but we do not require a formal technical background.
