Our Return To Work - Consulting programme offers returners the opportunity to join teams within Technology Consulting, Finance Transformation, Operational Transformation, Internal Audit Risk Consulting, Financial Risk Management, Cyber, People Consulting and Customer.
The roles will be for a fixed 6 month period during which you will receive structured training and support. Towards the end of your contract we will have a conversation with you about the possibility of continuing on a permanent basis subject to there being an appropriate role available.
At the heart of the programme is a structured induction aimed at getting you up to speed with the latest industry developments, refreshing technical skills and becoming integrated into our professional services environment. You will receive ongoing support in the form of one-on-one coaching and a buddy. The development opportunities won’t end once the induction is finished. You will enter an ongoing training path with check-in points to evaluate progress against goals and determine additional training needs.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience of working in Financial Services/Consultancy in a change-focused role (Technology/Finance/Operations/People) or likely to have worked on large scale projects in top tier banks, insurers or investment management organisations. Your sector familiarity and adaptability are more important to us than up to the minute subject matter expertise.
