Finance is currently heavily involved in the EMPowered project which will see the firm's core Finance systems replaced with S/4 HANA and other new systems integrated alongside.  This change will be the biggest transformation the firm has seen in 15 years and it is vital that the Finance teams scale up operations to help support the business in the successful roll out of these new systems.

The role involves using various systems such as SAP, Coupa P2P, and SAP Concur. You will be required to establish, maintain and influence contacts at all levels within the business as well as liaise with them over a wide range of issues, providing guidance and support to circa 16,000 Partners and staff as well as an independent offshore Accounts Payable processing team. The job holder is required to support the overall Finance team by conducting themselves in a professional manner, remaining highly proactive at all times with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities without a detrimental impact upon the team. The role would ideally suit someone who has confidence in their own ability, has strong analytical skills and enjoys problem solving. Over time the role may include rotation across all areas of Finance Operations. This role sits within the Operational Excellence Hubs (OEH). OEH is an innovative, agile and collaborative function that provides services to support our client-facing colleagues in the delivery of their work. OEH supports the business through a variety of specialist teams, who work collaboratively to support the business to run smoothly.

The Credit Management department is part of OEH Finance. You will be joining a team that provides vital credit control support to the Business, working with a wide portfolio of blue-chip companies, providing high level credit control administration and support, delivering excellent customer service on a variety of tasks and activities and enabling customers to focus on their core business objectives contributing to KPMG’s goal of driving growth through operational excellence.

Facilities provides premises and workplace support services including the provision and management of accommodation, catering, vending, mail delivery and collection, records management, reception, hospitality and meeting room support, health and safety compliance and physical security.

 

Facilities Operations ensure the effective day to day operational activities of KPMG Offices throughout the UK. We are the first point of contact for Facilities onsite including Servicedesk Operations.

 

This role sits within the Facilities Operations Team, with responsibility for the following offices: Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Newcastle (regular travel across the region will be required).  Responsibility for KPMG's Scotland offices (Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen) will be added to the role responsibility within the next 18 months.
