SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect

 

The role of the SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect is to develop the UK Firm’s technology strategy for Finance and Engagement Management domain and translate this into a roadmap that determines our investment priorities and transformation portfolio. The technology strategy needs to promote a seamless, end-to-end customer and employee experience by enabling the efficient creation and modification of effective and reusable technology components. In particular, the strategy should promote the use of modern, Cloud-based technologies; support typical Finance use cases; challenge the business strategy based on emerging and future technology trends; and establish a catalogue that supports the reuse of new technology components, whilst targeting legacy applications and technology for decommissioning. The role should also help to execute and govern the strategy, by helping solution architects and projects to design solutions that are fit for purpose and conform to our standards and patterns.

KPMG’s Pensions is an exciting initiative to re-establish the pensions team, and specifically to focus on public service pensions advisory and grow revenue at pace. We are now looking for talented and experienced Assistant Manager to join our pensions actuarial team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality actuarial pensions advice in relation to defined benefit pension schemes with a focus on the public sector but also schemes in the private sector. You will be responsible for will work closely with the senior members of the team in this service line, which will involve providing: Strategic journey planning, risk management aiming for self-sufficiency or buy out and endgame options including use of surplus Strategic funding advice to sponsors and advice on compliance with DB funding code Pension due diligence on mergers and acquisitions Provision of member education and communication Advice on benefit change, benefit design and implementation Advice on good governance and compliance Pensions accounting advice   You will

This role is for an innovative professional at Manager level, who can work alongside our existing team to use their lived experience of construction and commercial acumen to solve complex problems.

The MPA team in the UK are based in London, Birmingham and Manchester. This role will be based in one of these locations but will require some travel to client locations throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.
