We are looking to recruit a senior individual to improve our technology resilience and recovery capabilities across the UK firm, including those supporting Cloud and on-prem infrastructure, applications and data. You will build and lead our Resilience & Recovery team, creating risk-based resilience and recovery strategies, plans and roadmaps for our technology; create and maintain failure scenarios to guide invocation and recovery across multiple teams; and periodically test recovery plans, ensuring that recovery targets, including Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs), can be met. This is a vital role that will help KPMG to identify, mitigate and manage significant risks in our technology estate.

About the Role: 
 

The Dynamics Power Platforms CE Technical Architect is a core team member of KPMG customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 centered solutions. The Architect will be involved in the business processes and solution design and will be hands on configuring and customizing the implementation of Dynamics Power Platforms solutions leading both onshore and offshore development teams.

Responsibilities:

Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultant 

 

The Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) business unit at KPMG is looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant with some demonstrable experience across different phases of large-scale, enterprise Dynamics FO projects, combined with a good practical understanding of Finance processes and procedures. With a hands-on approach you will be involved in end-to-end implementations along with the interfacing and integration of Dynamics 365 products to the wider Microsoft platform.  

The Dynamics FO Consultant is a core team member of KPMG customer delivery, with the successful applicant being involved in business processes and solution design as well as hands-on configuration and customisation of MS Dynamics FO solutions working with both onshore and offshore delivery teams. 

 

This role is an important element of KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions’ delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO. You will be provided with a combination of on-the-job and structured product training working with more senior colleagues, to help grow your skills and further develop your career. Responsibilities 

  • Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycles, using your knowledge of Dynamics 365 FO finance capabilities, working closely with client teams and business stakeholders 

  • Involvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations 

  • Assist with the gathering and documentation of functional requirements and completion of gap/fit analysis 

  • Contribute to and create solution design documents 

  • Communicate effectively with fellow team members to ensure that the solution being delivered meets the client’s requirements 

  • Understanding impact of scope (creep) and application of change control processes 

  • Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues where applicable

We are looking for a Dynamics 365F&O Lead Finance Consultant with knowledge in all phases of large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365F&O projects with a hands-on approach and proven experience in end to end implementations, along with interfacing and integration of Dynamics products. Consultancy experience is a must as this role will entail continuous interaction with clients, managing onshore consultants while also working with both onshore and offshore development teams. This role will also require a level of presales activities focused around Dynamics F&O and the wider Microsoft platform. You will also contribute to proposal development and provide input in business development while mentoring more junior staff.
