The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise. The Role:

As the growth of our Powered HCM practise continues we are looking for Process Leads who have experience of configuring Oracle to join our team

• Developing lasting client relationships and actively building a network and range of experience to help address client needs
• Provide compelling and well thought out solutions to problems of moderate complexity
• Experience of implementing at least one module of the relevant cloud platform with Oracle, so you can bring your learnings to the client about what did (or didn’t!) work
• Leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams
• Lead an offshore team to design, configure and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client
• Developing end to end solutions using the best of good industry practise combined with understanding the optionality available within the product.

The Team

Within the FS Technology Risk team, our work involves providing advisory, assurance and IT Internal Audit services to clients on their IT systems and processes. Our focus is on IT risk management, IT controls testing, IT project assurance, GRC, Emerging Tech and the Technology and Data aspects of regulation. This work is delivered through stand-alone assignments, large scale consulting projects and as part of internal audit engagements.

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Managing delivery of IT Internal Audit services in the Financial Services Sector.
• Taking responsibility for the overall output from client engagements including scoping, financial management, risk management, managing delivery risk, production, quality and review of deliverables.
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships across a range of clients and prospects including senior leadership.
• Actively identifying and progressing business development opportunities and supporting the team with sales activities such as proposal writing and assisting with client presentations.

The Person

Experience and Background :

• Proven experience of successfully delivering IT internal audits to, or within, medium to large multi-national clients with complex IT environments and applications.
• Experience in identifying and assessing complex IT risks and controls, to relate them to the wider business environment and to express opinions clearly.
• Experience of auditing cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS) including cloud security controls within a Financial Services environment.

Within Connected Technology Risk, our Powered team perform a large amount of our work implementing ServiceNow IRM / GRC, SecOps and Resilience solutions and providing advice to clients on their GRC journey.

The Role

Our GRC projects include delivery of business cases, roadmaps, system remediation work, process re-design, implementing IRM solutions, data analysis, security solutions, compliance management and continuous controls monitoring. This work is delivered through stand-alone assignments, or as part of broader transformation programmes.
This role requires GRC process, functional and technical knowledge with good grasp of business processes, delivering transformation projects and advisory services.
Exposure to use of ServiceNow IRM both from functional and technical perspective is essential. The successful candidate will be involved in client facing and client relationship building across of primarily FS clients.

The Team

• Workstream or Business Analyst lead / SME on ServiceNow IRM / GRC engagements.
• Providing functional or technical ServiceNow IRM insight on client engagements
• Advised clients that operate GRC systems.
