The role involves using various systems such as SAP, Coupa P2P, and SAP Concur. You will be required to establish, maintain and influence contacts at all levels within the business as well as liaise with them over a wide range of issues, providing guidance and support to circa 16,000 Partners and staff as well as an independent offshore Accounts Payable processing team. The job holder is required to support the overall Finance team by conducting themselves in a professional manner, remaining highly proactive at all times with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities without a detrimental impact upon the team. The role would ideally suit someone who has confidence in their own ability, has strong analytical skills and enjoys problem solving. Over time the role may include rotation across all areas of Finance Operations. The role of the Enterprise Architect Tooling Specialist is to develop the UK Firm’s technology strategy for ServiceNow and translate this into a roadmap that determines our investment priorities and transformation portfolio. The technology strategy needs to promote a seamless, end-to-end customer and employee experience by enabling the efficient creation and modification of effective and reusable technology components. In particular, the strategy should promote the use of modern, Cloud-based technologies; support typical ServiceNow use cases; create an operating model that satisfies the demands of the business for design, development, testing and release of new technologies; and establish a catalogue that supports the reuse of new technology components, whilst targeting legacy applications and technology for decommissioning. The ServiceNow Enterprise Architect should also help to execute and govern the strategy, by helping solution architects and projects to design solutions that are fit for purpose and conform to our standards and patterns.
