Based on our success in London, we have recently expanded the UK Ignition footprint with our second Ignition centre, located in Manchester. This role will be primarily based in Manchester but will work across both centres.

The Ignition way of working is enabled by a range of bespoke spaces comprised of a range of unique technologies. This role involves working with the Ignition IT / AV team to operate and maintain the various technologies that support the delivery of Ignition events. In addition, you will work as part of a team delivering client facing events across our services.

You will provide support and advice to the Ignition team to drive the most effective use of the Ignition technology, learn the foundational aspects of delivering collaborative experience

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a good level of core corporate tax or income tax technical knowledge

and a confident outward facing skillset willing to invest time and effort in the marketplace. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our Financial Services Audit team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day high-quality delivery of audit engagements from planning through to completion.

Alongside audit delivery work, you will also supervise junior team members, and provide coaching and development to help them reach their full potential. This will include planning and reviewing their work to ensure the work quality is to a high standard. 

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of stakeholder relationships at audited entities and can expect to work with senior level staff.

You will work closely with the Audit Manager, Senior Manager, Director and Partner, ensuring that they are kept up to date with progress, involving them on a timely basis in all phases of the audit and when issues arise.
