KPMG has given me the opportunity to come back to work after taking a career break on a flexible basis, picking up where I left off prior to taking a year off of working.

What difference has it made to you (personally/professionally) joining KPMG?

KPMG has given me the opportunity to come back to work after taking a career break on a flexible basis, picking up where I left off prior to taking a year off of working.  This allows me to get back to my career and spent time with my family.

How do we differ to your previous employer(s)?

KPMG has incredible resources to assist audit team in completing their work.  There is a focus on performing quality audits and the resources in terms of guidance and templates/tools to assist teams in perform a quality audit.

What was your previous impressions of KPMG and has your perception changed since you joined us?

KPMG has always come across to me as a friendly environment in which to work.  Everyone is welcoming and happy to help each other out. This was the case both before working for KPMG originally (this is my second time working for the firm), my experience whilst working here previously and is still the case.

What advice would you give to someone who is interested in coming to work for us?

Get in touch and speak to somebody who works for KPMG.  People are always happy to discuss what it’s like working for KPMG.
