The issues surrounding tax and legal services are increasingly under the national and international spotlight. New regulations and legislation mean that this landscape is becoming increasingly complex. Our tax services span company-focused areas such as Corporate and Indirect Tax as well as people-focused services, including Private Client Advice, Employment Taxes and Global Mobility Services. Our tax specialists work alongside clients to help them understand the intricacies of tax across the globe.
This programme is aimed primarily at students of Black Heritage seeking an insight into a career in Tax. It’s the perfect opportunity for you to learn more about our business and develop your professional skills – it could even lead to an offer for an autumn 2021 Tax graduate programme. We’re looking for individuals from any degree discipline who are curious, ambitious and passionate about a career in Tax.
During your Insight experience, you’ll have the chance to meet people from Tax who make KPMG an inspiring place to work and explore our variety of opportunities available. Over three days you'll network with our colleagues, learn more about what we do and the difference we make to the companies we work with, and the communities we work in.
Whilst on the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on one of our 2021 graduate Tax programmes. You may be asked to provide a preference for a Tax programme that you’d like to specialise in - the programme we expect to be available for the Tax Insight programme is in: Tax
Please note that although we will do our best to fulfil your preference, we recruit on a rolling basis and cannot guarantee that all programmes will be available at the point you are asked to provide a preference, or in every office location.
Our Black Heritage Talent Insight programme is aimed primarily at students of Black Heritage. By Black Heritage, we mean students who might identify as Black, African, Caribbean, Black British or Mixed/Multiple ethnic groups: White and Black Caribbean, White and Black African.

- Minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
