The pace of technological transformation makes this an exciting time to join us. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, we rely on an agile and robust approach to solve their most complex issues. Delivering a wide variety of digital solutions, we continuously focus on providing quality results and long-term measurable impact for their businesses and customers.

During this 3-day paid programme, you’ll have the opportunity to network with inspirational women from our Technology & Engineering teams, gain an insight into the variety of tech-enabled projects we work on, build your professional skills and explore the range of career opportunities available in one of our fastest growing areas at KPMG.

The 3-day programme is packed with practical takeaways and valuable insights - from making the best impact with new contacts to effectively navigating your early career. We’ll give you an insider’s view into the range of industries we work in, our technology services, and the technologies we’re using – such as artificial intelligence, Cloud technology and machine learning. You’ll learn how we use technology to help our clients with some of their most complex issues - from cyber security to managing business risks.

Whilst on the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on our 2023 Technology & Engineering Vacation programme in the office you have applied to.

Candidates must be in their first year at university (or second year if you’re on a 4 year course). We’re looking for individuals from any degree discipline who are curious, ambitious and motivated to work in this expanding and dynamic field.
