The Team

KPMG’s CIO Advisory practice helps clients transform theway that CIOs and their management teams manage and deliver IT services totheir customers. We help our clients to understand and exploit the constantly changing technology ecosystem to deliver value, agility and efficiency. In collaboration with other specialists across KPMG, we support our clients throughdigital transformation and enable them to transform their business through technology-enabled change.

Our CIO Advisory practice is organised into the followingcapability teams:
- Tech Strategy & Effectiveness
- Tech Architecture
- IT Sourcing
- IT Service Management
Within CIO Advisory we deliver collaborative teamengagements, working together across these capabilities to help our clients getthe best from their IT services. We are growing our team to meet an everincreasing demand for our market leading services and are seeking your relevantexpertise and experience to join us.

The Role

- Building and developing positive constructiverelationships inside and outside KPMG
- Assessing problems from multiple angles toensure all relevant issues are considered when making decisions
- Proactively driving forward new and creativeideas which benefit the client
You will work within the Tech Strategy &Effectiveness capability group, with KPMG colleagues and client teams to:

- Bring a technology perspective to a broadrange of client issues, demonstrating how technology can be used to addressproblems and realise opportunities
- Design and deliver IT operating models thatenable clients to get the most from their technology organisation
- Develop digital and technology strategiesalongside client teams
- Provide credible advice to clients on how tooperate IT in the most effective manner
- Collaborate across our other CIO Advisorycapabilities (IT Sourcing, Tech Architecture and Service Management) to improveand transform IT services for our clients
- Work with other teams across KPMG to providesupport to clients as they undergo digital transformation
You will also work with the wider KPMG firm to:

- Identify emerging trends in the market anddevelop products and services that KPMG can leverage within our client base
- Contribute to innovative thought leadershipon technology topics including digital transformation, technology strategy,digital operating models and delivering more effective and efficient technology services
- Support and mentor junior colleagues to helpgrow our Tech Strategy & Effectiveness capability
- You will work as part of an engagement team to deliverhigh quality products and outcomes to our clients and identify furtheropportunities to support them for the wider KPMG firm

Essential

Desirable

- Experienced in operating model design
- Experienced in Agile delivery methods
- Familiar with technology trends and ways ofworking (for example DevOps)
- Thrive on learning new and emerging concepts
