Job description

If you're applying to this graduate scheme, there is no doubt you'll be aware of the vast, unstoppable reach of technology. Present and potent in every industry and every household, technology and the use of data, shape the way we live and work.

As a graduate at KPMG, you'll learn the skills to analyse, advise and deliver digital solutions for some of our clients’ most pressing business issues. This could mean helping an investment bank use Artificial Intelligence to detect and prevent fraud, or to help a retailer use analytics to understand their customers better. It could mean helping one of the world’s most renowned brands adopt world class processes using the latest release of a software giant’s platforms, or helping a Chief Digital Officer shape an organisation able to build and deploy digital products quickly and effectively.

We take pride in our people at KPMG. We look to recruit those with existing skills as well as those keen to develop a career in technology and to solve business issues in an innovative and sustainable manner. We work in teams and with clients to help solve problems quickly. We invest in new methods, new tools and new capabilities. If you're interested in a career in Digital Consulting at KPMG then we'll invest in you.

Our team have been working with clients in a mixture of both face-to-face and remote methods for many years, which has placed us well to adapt to the recent changes to traditional ways of working faced by many businesses.

Capability:
Technology & Engineering

3 years

As a general rule, you’ll be expected to meet the following requirements (*or equivalents)

  • Minimum Grade B GCSE* Maths
  • Minimum Grade B GCSE* English Language

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in any degree discipline

At KPMG, we look at more than just your academic results. We’ll also provide a strong support network for you to maximise every opportunity that comes your way.

That's why the majority of your training will be on the job and you'll participate in formal classroom or residential courses and via our dedicated online training portal - so you'll have a rounded learning experience to best support your development.

You’ll commence a tailored training path designed to take you through the 3 years and get the opportunity to rotate through a number of client facing projects, where you’ll put this formal training to practical use.

You may also have the opportunity to study for an industry accredited qualification where relevant, focusing on key technology specialisms that will help you through your graduate programme and into your future career.
