  • KPMG wins Queen’s Award for its leadership on social mobility

    KPMG is thrilled to have been announced as winner of this year’s Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the inaugural category of ‘Promoting Opportunity’ for our work on social mobility.

  • KPMG ranked in the top 10 of Stonewall’s top 100 employers list

    KPMG is delighted to have achieved a top 10 listing in the prestigious 2017 Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, moving up 44 places from 2016.

  • Sam West, Resourcing Director, a Finalist for an Inclusive Leader Award

    In 2016, Sam West, Resourcing Director, was a Finalist for an Inclusive Leader Award at the Business in the Community (BITC) Gender Equality Awards. Sam is a great example of the inclusive leaders at KPMG that promote diverse teams and encourage agile working.

  • Gold status in annual gender and race benchmarking awards

    KPMG has increased its position from Silver to Gold status in the annual Business in the Community Gender and Race Benchmark 2015.

  • KPMG scoops disability award

    KPMG was delighted to receive the Best Business-to-Business Service Provider 2013 award at the Business Disability Forum for its developments as a ‘disability smart’ organisation.

  • KPMG wins Best School Leaver Programme at the Targetjobs awards.

    KPMG was up against stiff competition including EY and Barclays. The programme was recognised for its ‘consistent development of the individual’ and ‘real investment in the promotion of its initiatives to students in schools’.

  • Best Graduate Campaign at the RAD awards

    KPMG’s Student Recruitment team won ‘Best Graduate Campaign’ for its ‘Around the World in 80 Days’ online game at the 2014 RAD Awards. An innovative game that encouraged students to fly in a hot air balloon to visit KPMG offices around the world, completing challenges and learning about KPMG along the way.

  • Sunday Times Best Big Companies list 2013

    Sunday (3 March) saw the publication of the 2013 Sunday Times Top 25 Best Big Companies To Work For, in which KPMG has been recognised with a special achievement award to mark our 10 years in the Top 25.

  • Graduate recruitment campaign scoops marketing award

    An inventive stunt involving a team of blue people in skin-tight morphsuits has just scooped an award for the ‘Best Outdoor Campaign’ at the 2013 CIPD Recruitment Marketing Awards. University campuses saw the invasion of blue people as part of the 2013 graduate recruitment season in October 2012 and February this year.

  • Top Ten Employer status in annual benchmarking awards

    KPMG has maintained its position in 2013 as a Top Ten Employer in the Opportunity Now and Race for Opportunity benchmarking reports, with a gold banding for gender, and silver banding for race.

  • KPMG and Citizen UK win Corporate National Partnership of the Year award

    October 2013 saw KPMG and Citizens UK win the award for best private sector partnership for our joint work with the Living Wage Foundation at The Charity Times Awards 2013.

  • KPMG makes Top 10 Employers for Working Families for third year running

    KPMG has been ranked in the top ten employers for working families for the third year running by independent benchmarking and award organisation, Working Families.

    The awards recognise employers who support parents, carers and flexible workers with work-life balance and career development.  All entrants including KPMG completed a robust benchmark survey which examined flexible working practices and policies.

  • KPMG wins Living Wage award

    KPMG has been recognised for the strength of the communications campaign it ran jointly with the Living Wage Foundation last year, in a prestigious industry awards event.

  • Platinum Big Tick accolade for KPMG

    KPMG in the UK has this week been ranked as a Platinum Big Tick company in recognition of its approach to corporate responsibility.

    This is the highest ranking in Business in the Community’s (BitC) annual benchmark of responsible business management, the Corporate Responsibility Index (CR Index).

  • Big Tick for sustainable procurement

    KPMG’s innovative sustainable procurement programme has been accredited with a ‘Big Tick’ in Business in the Community’s (BitC) Responsible Business Awards. 

  • KPMG declared a top employer for women

    KPMG’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity has earned it a place in this year’s Times Top 50 Employers for Women list. 

    This is the third year in a row that the firm has made it into this prestigious list of companies leading the way in gender equality in the workplace.The list is produced in partnership with Opportunity Now, the gender campaign for Business in the Community.

  • KPMG ranked in Stonewall’s top 100 employers list

    Gay rights campaigning organisation Stonewall has just released its workplace equality index for 2013. KPMG is delighted to be featured among the top 100 employers.

  • KPMG named sustainable firm of the year in IAB awards

    For the second year running, KPMG was recognised at an international level with the sustainable firm of the year award – a joint honour this time with SizweNtsalubaGobodo. KPMG was also voted social media champion of the year

  • KPMG’s Breathe group recognised as star performer

    KPMG’s LGBT social group Breathe has been recognised as a ‘star performer’ for 2013 by Stonewall.

  • Business in the Community Platinum

    KPMG achieves ‘Platinum Plus’ in Business in the Community’s Corporate Responsibility Index and wins four ‘Big Ticks’ in BITC’s Awards for Excellence. - KPMG is delighted to have achieved the highest possible rating - the Platinum Plus band - in Business in the Community’s 2010 Corporate Responsibility Index, the UK’s leading voluntary benchmark of corporate responsibility. KPMG is one of only ten organisations in the UK to achieve this rating.

  • KPMG achieves prestigious CommunityMark

    A new national standard that publicly recognises companies that are the best investors in their communities, developed by Business in the Community. The CommunityMark is endorsed by government and the voluntary sector.

  • KPMG wins Workingmums top employer award

    The firm beat strong competition from Deloitte, Deutsche Bank and RBS to come first in the innovation category, for organisations with policies related to flexible working, childcare, parent engagement and support, return to work following maternity leave, maternity and diversity.

  • Global employer index: KPMG challenges for top spot

    KPMG has been ranked second place in an index of leading global employers in a survey by employer branding group Universum.

  • KPMG sponsored the Accountancy, Consulting and Economics Undergraduate of the Year award 2011

    KPMG searched the best universities in the UK to find the outstanding Accountancy, Consulting and Economics undergraduate. We looked for a winning mix of personal skills, career motivation and an excellent academic record. The rewards: the winner will receive a guaranteed eight-week internship with KPMG’s Risk & Compliance Group.

    BraveBanana’s Special Award We are delighted to announce that along with KPMG’s success of 8th Best company at this year’s Best Big Companies to Work For awards, we also had the honour of receiving a Special Award for ‘Innovation in Engagement Practice’ for KPMG’s global crowdsourcing tool, BraveBanana.
