Corporate Responsibility: KPMG Spring
Everything we do at KPMG is about unlocking potential, whether it’s for our clients, our people, our suppliers or wider society. It’s clear to us these issues require collaboration between business, government and civil society.
Through SPRING, all KPMG employees are invited to help reduce our Environmental impact and improve Social Mobility. Every KPMG employee is given six days each year to volunteer, on top of annual leave. Two additional days are given if you become a Charity Trustee / School Governor. Volunteering increases engagement and understanding amongst our people, suppliers and clients.
We aim to educate our people on how Corporate Responsibility affects them, collectively and at an individual level, through a dedicated internal portal and office space. Colleagues are also invited to attend seminars and events that bring our Corporate Responsibility commitments to life. For example, you can take a trip to the roof of our Canary Wharf office to meet our 40,000 urban bees or meet up with fellow school governors or charity trustees to share best practice.
