KPMG and IT’s Her Future

KPMG established the IT’s Her Future programme in 2015 in order to attract, empower and develop women in technology.

IT’s Her Future is a KPMG-wide initiative that offers our women access to the networks and opportunities that can help advance their careers.  Hosting both internal and external events, IT’s Her Future aims to increase awareness around gender diversity within KPMG and the wider professional world, and spark conversations on exciting areas of technology. 

Our mentoring scheme provides a senior support figure for all our female technology practitioners and allows them the space and challenge to grow.  We are committed to supporting our people in achieving the work-life balance that enables them to feel accomplished and fulfilled both in their professional and personal lives.
