KPMG’s Fixed Asset Tax Services Team (capital allowances) is made up of tax advisers, accountants, chartered surveyors and ex-HMRC inspectors who deliver expert advice to a broad range of clients across almost every industry sector. As one of the largest teams in the industry, our continued investment and desire to grow means that we seek a capital allowances specialist in Scotland.

Our team works with clients ranging from owner-managed businesses to large multinational organisations. We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Scotland team who has a background in capital allowances, tax or accounting. The work is varied and will be across a number of sectors.

The KPMG Alternatives team provides high-quality and impactful tax advisory and compliance services to the Alternative Investment Fund sector. This includes private equity, hedge funds, credit funds and real estate funds.

Due to our ongoing growth, we have a number of job openings for exceptional candidates. This posting is for a role focussed on Real Estate tax and would be well suited to a driven and motivated candidate with experience in the Real Estate sector. We are seeking talented individuals with deep design and implementation experience in transforming our clients’ business towards a digital enterprise using SAP S/4HANA powered by BTP solutions. This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring strong client delivery skills, whilst supporting business development opportunities to grow the practice.

This is a senior, client-facing role focused on pre-deal technology due diligence and value creation for private equity investors.

You will lead the delivery of complex buy-side and sell-side engagements, working directly with Investment Directors, Operating Partners, CIOs and management teams.

You will be expected to operate with autonomy, commercial judgement and leadership, not simply manage workstreams.
