  • 120 UCAS points* from your ‘top’ 3 grades, excluding General Studies under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level (300 UCAS points pre-2017) or at Higher/Advanced Higher Level for Scotland.

Senior Manager - Real Estate

  • KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager  - with experience in the real estate sector and experienced in the development and integration of legal technology to enhance service delivery. 
  • KPMG is planning to launch a global real estate portfolio management solution during 2026. The candidate will work closely with the KPMG Law UK Real Estate team to undertake the initial design and testing of the solution before launching across the broader network.
  • The KPMG Law UK real estate team started in December 2013 and is now 9 strong including 3 Partners with further growth plans during 2025/2026 already acting on repeat investment, development and asset management mandates for private equity funds, sovereign wealth clients and listed property funds.
  • KPMG already has established real estate capabilities across multiple countries and the candidate will be required to liaise with senior lawyers in those countries as the solution scope is broadened. The candidate will also assist with the project management of the roll-out and the implementation of specific client solutions.
  • As this sector is known to lack diversity, KPMG is dedicated to considering diverse profiles for this role.
  • The ideal candidates are likely to come from law firms but candidates from competitor firms or in-house will also be considered.
