As Manager - People in M&A, you will help clients turn complex transactions into successful employee and organisational outcomes. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of engagements and major workstreams across due diligence, integration, separation and value delivery, working closely with senior clients and multidisciplinary KPMG teams. Your contribution will identify workforce risks and opportunities, shape practical people solutions and strengthen delivery quality, commercial performance and client confidence. This role offers broad exposure across the deal lifecycle, responsibility for coaching colleagues and the opportunity to grow the People in M&A practice through new propositions, pitches and market activity. 

Shape the people agenda for an assigned business group by acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders and delivering a consistently high-quality HR service. You will translate business priorities and workforce insight into practical people plans, lead annual people processes and support complex organisational change. Working across the People function and wider operational teams, you will influence decisions on talent, recruitment, inclusion, performance and employee relations while leading and developing an HR Business Partner team. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you’ll work with SAP, SAP Concur, Coupa and AMEX online while taking ownership of invoice queues, payments, reconciliations and finance queries. You’ll contribute to strong financial control, reliable service and continuous improvement within an innovative and collaborative Finance Operations function.
