The Role

DAT provides market leading advice to corporates and financial institutions on a broad range of transactions. 

Embedded within DAT is our Private Equity & Credit team. The PE&C team works with large and mid-cap private equity and credit intuitions, advising them throughout the deal spectrum including buy-side due diligence and structuring, sell-side vendor assist, due diligence and structuring, refinancing, restructuring and listing support.

The PE&C team has advised on some of the largest deals in the market, helping clients understand and quantify historical tax issues, structure transactions, model tax outcomes and reflect advice in the legal documents underpinning each transaction, all with a continuous focus on maximising value throughout the investment cycle. Working collaboratively across the KPMG network, our work often involves advice across multiple countries, taxes, and work streams.

Key Responsibilities

We require a Digital Audit and Analytics (DA&A) Director to lead the direction and day to day management of DA&A engagement teams as we continue to embed more technology and implement enhanced data driven solutions on our audit engagements. This role offers significant exposure to senior internal stakeholders and regular interaction with senior executives across our audited entities.

We have a new opportiunity for a Client Payroll Services Senior Manager to join the team.

The Senior Manager provides technical leadership, assurance and governance across Client Payroll Services. A highly technical payroll specialist the role is accountable for ensuring payroll quality, managing material payroll risk and building the standards, controls and capability needed for a scalable payroll service. The Senior Manager acts as ultimate escalation point for high risk issues and works across payroll delivery, and wider teams to protect client outcomes and support service maturity.  Consulting with colleagues to strengthen and develop the offering, support market initiatives, and provide clients with access to wider cross firm introductions.

• A strong delivery track record in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close implementations (Oracle FCC) who can leverage business and technology-based solutions to deliver outcomes for our clients.
• System design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategy and management.
• Prior consulting experience on delivery financial consolidation and close processes for customer across different industries is a preferred requirement
• An understanding of Financial Services Organisation’s Target Operating Model, Process & Controls, Organisation Design, Change Management and Business Readiness is needed.

The Principal Data Engineer will be accountable for shaping the technical direction for data engineering initiatives and services within Technology & Solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise in Databricks and cloud data engineering with proven team leadership capabilities and a passion for driving innovation. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering enterprise-scale data engineering solutions, championing modern engineering practices including AI-assisted development, and fostering a high-performing team culture focused on excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
